Income and Documentation

- Household income must be at least three times the monthly rent amount.

- Employed applicants: provide your two most recent pay stubs and two most recent bank statements.

- Self-employed applicants: provide bank statements for the last 12 months and the last two years of tax returns.

- Submit proof of funds showing you have the security deposit and first month’s rent available.

- Credit and Background

- Minimum credit score: 620.

- No late payments in the past two years.

- No evictions, broken leases, or rental collections.

Pets

- Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

- Please send a photo of your pet(s) with your application.

- Optional: Furnished Home

- The property can also be rented furnished for a higher monthly rate.

- Please ask for details regarding the price difference if you are interested in this option.
